So you've been perusing our website and now you're asking yourself, "How can I get me some of them tasty lookin' vittles?" Well this is the place to find out.
We can ship our products to anyone in Wisconsin. Outside Wisconsin we can ship to private individuals for your own (or your family & friends') personal use only.
ABSOLUTELY NO WHOLESALE OR "FOR RE-SALE" SALES OUTSIDE WISCONSIN !!!!!

So... how do I order the stuff???
While we don't currently have online ordering capabilities, we'd be happy to take your order over the phone or via email or snail-mail (all the pertinant numbers and addresses are at the bottom of this page). We ship via UPS to the lower 48 states (sorry, no international orders). UPS doesn't ship to PO Boxes so we must have a physical address.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. While emailing your order is the best way to ensure accuracy, for your security we prefer that you do not email your credit card info. Please either call with credit card information or email us with your phone number and we'll be happy to give you a call back.
What's this gonna cost me ?
The actual UPS shipping charges plus a $5.00 service and handling fee. As a general rule, we've found that the total shipping & handling usually starts between $8 & $10 and increases (slowly) with weight. The service charge is $5 regardless of order size and the shipping price doesn't rise very fast with the weight so it's always more cost efficient to order more stuff at a time.
But how can you ship sausage and cheese ?
The biggest concern most folks have with ordering sausage or cheese through the mail is obviously spoilage. This is a valid concern, but need not keep you from getting the goods.
Sausage
We've classified our sausage into three categories that address their "ship-ability".
CODE A : These products are heavily smoked and fully cooked and can be shipped any time without concern.
CODE B: These products are also fully cooked but are more lightly smoked. They can be shipped safely most the time but should avoid long distance shipments in the hottest months. We will only ship these products out toward the beginning of the week so they don't wind up sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
CODE C: These products are fresh (or occasionally cooked) and not smoked at all. We will not ship these products as they are just too risky.

Cheese
While cheese can spoil if not properly cared for (usually via molding), most varieties are considerably tougher than most people think. We've been shipping cheese all over the country for years. The only times problems have arisen were cases where the package was lost or otherwise delayed more than four or five days beyond normal delivery time (and in these cases, we promptly replaced the product). So if you're hankerin' for a hunk a' cheese, don't hesitate to contact us!
